About Karbo

Karbo Grill was born from a simple idea: to create a portable grill that feels solid, intentional, and built to last.

Early design sketches of the Karbo X1

Why we built it

Freedom in a suitcase.

We were tired of fragile outdoor products that compromised performance for portability, so we designed the Karbo X1 from scratch to be compact, powerful, and beautifully engineered. It is not just a grill, it is freedom in a suitcase, built for those who choose to cook anywhere without limits.

Karbo X1 detail: fold-out legs and side vents

Designed with purpose

Every line exists for a reason.

Every detail of the Karbo X1 was developed with precision, from the die cast aluminum body to the modular cooking system that adapts to different styles of outdoor cooking. We reduced weight, improved durability, optimized airflow and grease management, and refined the packaging to be more sustainable and protective. Nothing is accidental. Every line, surface, and function exists for a reason.

Inside the X1

Nothing is accidental.
